Rek'sai is plagued by competitive play

I understand that Riot buffed Rek'sai recently, but I honestly think she needs a bigger buff. Her win rate is just way too low compared to other junglers. she has around a 45 percent win rate up to gold, and suddenly from platinum plus, she has a 50 win rate. I doubt its platinum, and the only reason reksai has a 50 in plat plus is because of challengers and diamond red one tricks. Her win rate just doesn't match her play rate. Her play rate is too low, yet even up to gold she has a 46 percent win rate. I feel like Riot is revolving her around competitive play way too much. Just because she is used in competitive play, doesn't mean you can't buff her. I mean look at the playrate and win rate of the league community! Not just worlds and lcs. I just checked her history from 2014, and she literally got nerfed like 10 times in a row. She finally got an ad buff, but its just not enough. I know win rates are arbitrary numbers, but when every Elo under diamond, with less than 1 percent playrate meaning most are reksai mains, a 45 percent win rate is just too insane.
