I was recently honor 1 after a chat restriction and then I turned turned 2 yesterday. I think one Rioter said that if it's only a chat restriction, you get end of the season rewards? (before Feb?) Well, it doesn't show during my games so can anyone help me out here?

You have to hold it till February 11th I believe was the date. So you will get the rewards AFTER that time.
