W: Gravity Field

Stun duration increased from 1.5 seconds to 1.6/1.8/2/2.25/2.5 seconds

Stacks needed lowered from 3 to 2

Slow increased from 28/32/36/40/44% to 50% all ranks

E: Death Ray

Damage increased from 70/110/150/190/230 to 80/120/160/200/240

Aftershock damage increased from 20/60/100/140/180 to 30/70/110/150/190 plus 10/12/14/16/18% of the target's maximum health

R: Chaos Storm

First cast damage increased from 100/175/250 to 150/250/350

Second cast damage increased from 100/150/200 with 10% bonus true damage

If all these changes went through Viktor would be legit 60%+ win rate and 98% ban rate.

He is already a strong contender in pro play. No need to touch him.

First off, never increase damage by 50. That usually stacks waaay too quickly. Second, when Victor IS played, he seems to do very well. Nerp

Umm, a Nerp is similar to a Squeeb but more centered on one point, while Squeeb is meant to refer to something a bit more giving, and hopefully a bit softer. Nerp is commonly rough and angular; however, other forms have been known to exist that are more malleable and rounded, but as of yet I have not come into contact with one.

Well like I stated, it refers to something giving and soft[er]. It's kind of spongy, really, except it doesn't soak up water to my knowledge.

do u want a tank viktor or something? these aren't buffs to make him viable, these are to make sure you'll never get to play viktor in ranked cause he'll be perma banned
