Is There No "Year In Review" For The End of This Season?

I'm not exactly a veteran of league, I've only been playing since pre-season 7 but I remember at the end of season 7 there was a year in review where it showed all of your stats from last season. Was that a one year thing or was it because i was a new player?

no, they started it in after season 6, give it abit... normally takes them a little time to release it
