Question about transfer from EUNE to EUW

I am a platinium support player. Currently at gold after the reset. I dont think that i belong to diamond, even if I do its going to be diamond 4 max. I know there are other threats. I saw more of them and for now I can say based on other people exp.

EUW pros :

• people want to win more
• all speak english and communicate more
• a lot of people playing in there said that people are more organized as a team (i think this is crucial)

EUW cons :

• I will have higher ping (around 60-70ms vs currently 50-60ms), and higher than the players there. In EUNE we all have similar ping
• people described it as way more toxic

About skill level I wont say anything because there are many opinions and honestly I think that no one can say it for sure. Except for challenger tier where for sure EUW wins here because it has more pro players but like i said i am not going to hit that level of play anytime soon.

What I want to ask is where the people listen more to the guy who make the calls. Where people gather really to win ? As support I dont farm so I have a little more time to think on the macro of the game. My main is blitzcrank and I try to organize invades every game. Try to gather the team to take objectives to help each other, to do what is needed at the moment. Sometimes this is very hard to do at EUNE. I have a lot of exp in league and I can say that I make the right calls at this elo. The teams I get that are listening are the team I win with. The other type of players who play for themselves even if they won their lane they dont make impact in the game because they are "lone wolfs" and never listen to calls like "take this objective" , "wait here man I will pull", "If i miss the first grab stay a while they think we backed". In EUNE sometimes I feel like trying to organize a tribe. Is it the same for EUW ?
