Oh i recently made a post about this and gave some of my suggestions for marksman be viable in other lanes. Since this meta change, I think a change to them can make the viable pick in other lanes.

Especially since kindred has had like 15 fucking buffs after we nerfed her out of being the most broken jungle champion since pre-gutting nidalee.
