To all the yasuo pros. I've started playing him and have had little success. Just a question for laning phase, do u max e or q first? Seeing that there is no cd reduction on ur q, but ur e will be a littl fast, would it be viable to max e first in lane?

I dont play yas much but i would figure if you can actually use your e properly in lane then yes maxing it over q is preferable but if you arent able to use your e properly your better off with q imo. Since i dont main yas you might wanna wait till some yas main comes on.

Always max Q first, unless you are building AP Yasuo(not viable at all). Q has great synergy with double crit passive, so maxing E is not an option.

E first now. They both scale up 20 damage but E is magic damage and will scale cd down. When you trade blows in lane you only land one Q at a time anyways. They will buy armor early on which will let you trade more damage with e.

If i go top then I get Q first, and max Q. If i go mid then i get E first but still max Q.

Technically, it's okay to max E first, but since it no longer stacks to 100% bonus damage and only to 50% bonus damage after 2 stacks, it's not as viable as if you were to max Q first. Also, if you max E first, you'd have to build a little bit of AP for extra damage. Yes, I've tried AP Yasuo, and it works somewhat but isn't all that great in team fights because you have to stack your E which takes more time than just pressing Q.

You gotta q to get the most of the crit stew.
