I would power rush the cs if you stayed bot to farm( use your abilities and just push the Wave as fast as possible) at that point it doesn't really matter about getting the cs as it is to just push the wave to make the the enemy bot lane go back to farm bot and for them to push back the wave. By doing that the enemy team will leave mid once their numbers go from 4-5 mid to 2-3 and the potential fight at mid will be avoided.
Once the wave of cs is on their side of the bot lane you have a few options.
A. Do what they did to you and group mid to get the tower(if it is still up) and make their bot lane do what they did to you moments ago.
B. Farm your jungle, typically I like to only do it if my jungler is on the opposite side of the jungle as I hate taking their only cs that they only get without getting PINGS PINGS PINGS from your teammates about them taking THEIR CS.
C. Rotate top in most cases your support should be with you and your top should be closer to top/mid so it will be in (most cases not ALL) a 3v1 in your favor and your team can get top tower. In most cases when the enemy top gets 1v3 at top they will ping the s$it out of their jungler to "help" or get dragon. So the jungler will have two options
{A. Help top by their their self or with their top by the favor of a 3v2 is still in your favor not to mention your jungler should still be near or close by as they tend to move up the map once their laners are secured themselves further up the map.
{B. Get dragon if by themselves it should take 30 secs to a min by themselves so by doing that your team will be in another favorable situation of a 5v4 or if they do get help from their team typically if top gets gang ganked they ping for their bot lane to help as it tends to go by faster. So now the 5v4 will go to a 5v2 and for a few secs a 5v1(top death timer).
