Question about max health damage
If malphite has 4000 health, and i attack him and he's at 2000 health. If he takes max health damage at half health, would he take damage from the 2000 health he has, or his maximum 4000 health

He'll take damage proportional to his max hp, 4000. Bortk and liandrys are items that deal current hp damage and would deal damage proportional to the amount of hp he has left after you start attacking him.
