The whole lee sin balance fiasco
If hes so strong how come hes never banned??? i mean... vi and j4 are banned most of the time why not him?

Skill mostly. Jarvan and Vi are both really simple easy champions to stomp with. Lee on the other hand takes mechanics that simpler players just can't do.

Lee Sin is an extremely hard champion to master, but because of his kit, he will always be an incredible jungler despite the meta. He's not as banned as Vi or J4 because they are safer picks, and/or maybe you are in the wrong elo to see him dominate.
There is a difference between strong/viable and op.
Because if he's banned, then the whiners can't whine anymore :(
