Are my eyes deceiving me?
Many recent mage based changes, notably those to viktor and cassiopea, have allowed them to stack immense amounts of AP, far more than many other mages and certainly more than they ever were to before.
What i take particular note in is the fact that viktors Augment gives him more flat AP from stat boosts than any other item in the game, and cassiopeia's passive, at least later on in the game, is as strong, or even stronger than a rabadons.
If you see where im going with this, then you deserve a cookie because i have almost completely left the topic alone until now...
Is the Item, Rabadon's Deathcap, going to be massively changed, and/or removed? I gather this from the fact that some mages are, if ever so slowly, becoming able to stack large amounts of AP, and thus power, WITHOUT a rabas, with that item being icing on the already sugar coated cake. As rabadon's is one of the most popular items in the game, and offers little to no utility, just raw power, is it going to be "cycled out", as it were?
