extra runes

ok i recently have lots of runes i am not currently using and i would like to get rid of.However there is no way to do so, in the past this was the rune combiner's job but it was removed. I have an idea ok listen here riot! Add an option to convert runes back into influence points, this is a simple fix to a dilemma that lots face. This is a good, simple idea and it can't be abused like the rune combiner.
