is every champ going to get a rework? some champs are perfect the way they are and now some absolutely suck Fiora

New Fiora is better in my opinion, but to each his own. Anyway, the idea is that every champion that falls out of the meta or becomes abusive due to old concepts is going to get a rework for the sake of raising them all to the same bar of quality.

because riot realized finally that Fiora was toxic to counter play and we are getting hopefully soon Poppy and Taric updates in 2016 that are Sion level
