I think my MMR should be a lil higher ahaha consistently going 10+/8 or lower went on a 4 win streak then 1 loss then a 7+ winstreak (currently on this win streak) its almost cruel to the other players 20/7/8, 12/4/9, 20/10/16, 14/5/9, 10/6/11 those are the last 5 games ive played, this pattern continues but im only gaining 16-19 lp a win? lose 22lp ish when i lose thats a bit odd i think?

That's exactly what is supposed to happen. You could be getting wins by pure luck so the system is giving you a handicap; if you can beat the handicap then you've proven it wasn't a fluke and your LP gain/loss will even out and you'll get promoted and everything will be alright.

Or some shit like that.
