whys It feel like none of the reports I put through are even being dealt with, thought there was a message saying they've been punished. quite literally half of my loses are due to someone inting (swain jungle first item "the coin" with a shaco support, or jax literally just running into their team) or my last game where we were almost winning despite it being 4v5 due to my corki being afk (we're winning in kills stole baron, equal in towers) or one of the many other games I did 4v5 in.

With the overwhelming number of players in this game compared to the support staff on Riot's end, it's very difficult to deal with every single report within a reasonable time frame (even if automated). While reports do add up as a negative note on someone's account, it takes quite a bit before manual or automated intervention takes place. We all greatly appreciate your contribution though, and please do not feel demotivated if you are not receiving any notifications.
