Why hasn't Janna been gutted yet?
Riot has made it clear they don't like champions to be low risk and high reward, yet Janna has been sitting at an above 50% percent win rate for over three seasons.

Because she is a support that focuses on keeping her carries alive and if her carries are alive they will actually carry therefore winning more.
I'm kinda curious as to what you have to offer in terms of reasonable changes.
she has good rates cuz she is a safe pick easy to beat early game but people forget that and let her get her items and rank up her shield if she gets guttted all thats left is tanky supports
Maybe they'll get to her after they finish messing around with Soraka. Like give her some weird mechanic that requires her to land a tornado in order to get a stronger shield with her E.

If they do one thing wrong with Janna she'll become useless basically. She's already a risky pick. She's not a viable pick for every game, but when she is picked right she has a great success rate. That being said she's only best picked for certain situations imo.
