Fervor of berserker

When you auto a champ gain 1 ad or 1.5 ap been adaptive damage stacking up to 6 times the stacks lowers every 3 seconds but last 1.5 if you are a ranged champ.

Melee champs gain two stacks per auto maxing at 6 stacks

Melee only: max stacks grant double the max value that only last 1.5 seconds can refresh with each auto but once lowers to one stack it goes on cooldown. (Cooldown 50 - 10 seconds)

Range only: max stacks grant burning magic damage 10 - 20 (+0.10 BAD) (+0.15 ap) per each auto lasting 3 second. Once the stack lowers it goes on cooldown (60 - 15 sec CD)

Would be put in the resolve

Lich drain

Each auto steal .5% - 1.5% armor or 1% - 2% magic resist stacking maxing at 6 ( three stack you gain double of the armor or magic resistance you stole, at max stack you gain triple of the armor or magic resistance you stole) melee champ gain two stacks that last 4 seconds for ranged champ only last half of it, lowering each stack once the seconds go down

Max stack: heal for 5% - 10% (+1% per 50 BAD) (+1% per 100 ap) of all the damage done. This is 33% as effective for area of effect damage. If it lower from two stacks it goes on cooldown (45 - 15 sec CD) range champ only gain half of effect.

Would be put in the sorcery rune tree

Wind speaker blessing would probably called wind speakers body it would do the same effect but would be able to be used by tanks here is the idea

Windspeakers blessing

When you move, use spell or damage an enemy champ you gain a stacks once it is 100 ( the stack gain quicker by level) when you heal or shield an ally the heals and shields are 10% - 25% stronger.

And create a zone around the user granting

Those healed and shields on allies increase your target's armor by 1% - 5% (based on level) and magic resistance by 2% - 6% (based on level) for 3 seconds but you cant use it on the same champ for 4 seconds if they leave the aura (range 550) they instantly lose the armor and mr the aura last 8 seconds (everyone healed in the aura gain armor and mr if healed and shielded but don't gain the bonus heal and shield strength unless the stack is 100 again)

Windspeakers might

When you move, use spell or damage an enemy champ you gain stacks, once the stack is 100 you can use the effect below. (The stack can be gained faster by level)

When you cc an enemy it create a zone around that only affect an enemy in the zone, the zone range is 450 if they leave the aura it instantly remove the effect, the aura last 7 seconds

When you cc an enemy all heals and shield lowered by 7% - 30% they gain for 4 seconds

Additionally the same enemy it lowers armor 1% - 5%(based on level) and magic resist by 1.5% - 4%(based on level) for 4 seconds but you cant use it on the same champ for 5 seconds

Once you start the game you are asked to choose one of the two having a cooldown of 10 minutes before choosing again

It would probably be in the inspiration tree to make it more tricky to choose

Lich drain doesn't make any sense.
