Summoner Banners

This is about Summoner Banners (at least that's what I think they're called, they are the things replaced when you have the ultimate skin icons), I feel like there should be a way for them to be customizable or a way to buy new ones with IP or RP. I know it's not a significant feature of the game and isn't seen very often, but I thought it'd be neat for your profile to be a little different from everyone else's.
