While loading into a ranked champion select, League Client crashes.

So I'm loading into a champion select in ranked and I get a good old fashioned "LolClient.exe is not responding" message by windows. It surprises me, and when I relogin to the client, it just keeps my duo partner in the champ select. I click play and go back to ranked and test something. I see a "Please Wait" screen. My duo partner gets kicked out of his game, my LP gets reduced by three. I'm not entirely sure this is a bug or just my computer having an issue.
