depends on which were wins...earlier games are more important because the system uses each successive game to fine tune where you belong.

No idea, because everyone I knew had weird things this season. I had horrible Promos and lost like half of them after not playing ranked last season, and got B1 and thank goodness I got to get out of Bronze in only a couple games. My buddy won 8/10 and got B3 and he has been gold before although I can't remember if he was gold last season or the season before.
