'Greylist' = GG Stream-Snipers?

One of the youtubers/streamers I am a particularly big fan of is RezoneGames (Being a Heimerdinger Main and all). I recently saw his frustration on Twitter at stream-snipers and it got me thinking. Would a greylist be a good idea to implement in Season 8? Something akin to a blacklist that prevents you from being matched with someone who has been routinely trolling, flaming, or of course, stream-sniping. From what I'm told, just blocking someone only prevents them from messaging or communicating with you but you can still be matched with them.

I know greylisting (especially in higher elo) might increase the queue times for a player but I feel many of the players who get stream-sniped would take that gladly, if it meant their games were easier to clear of that kind of negative behaviour.

What do you think Rito? Good idea? Or could that result in some issues I might not be accounting for?

(To clarify, when I say 'greylist', I mean a blacklist that resets and wipes itself clean upon closing the client.)

Pretty sure that could be abused to the point where you could just greylist anyone that is really good at the time to skew the ranks.

Also a lot of streamers just block off their mini map instead of setting up a delay because they like to interact with chat.

Would still mess up competitive integrity if one could influence who one was/wasn't matched with.

Pretty sure streams have the option of having a delay for reasons along these lines, so if they're finding it to be a big issue they can utilise that.

Twitch specifically recommends using the delay stream feature to counteract the situation you describe. If they want to ignore that recommendation that's on them.
