Unable to Open Hextech Chests

I had recently finished a match, obtaining my hextech chest, I was about to open it when I was presented with this message; http://i.imgur.com/O5JpqPU.png" confused as to why, atm it's telling me to wait abit, I'll probably update if anything happens. Just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing.
