Deciding on a Purchase

As of right now I am having great difficulty about which to purchase with IP, Ekko, or Yasuo? I've been looking at these two for a while, but I'm unable to choose which one I should go for first, so here I am to ask you your opinions, which would you pick? An explanation would be nice if you want. :P (Is this discussion OK here?)
