If they're low on hp and can be killed with

Also what about using 
ult on who is trying to kill a low player with ult, would that free the ulted player?
I'm guessing stunning or airborne works too right?

Apart from Quicksilver, the reactivation chains can be blocked via Windwall/Unbreakable, being untargetable during reactivation works too, however, Urgot can just reactivate it again once your untargetability ended, so don't count on that. While you're being reeled in by Urgot you're both untargetable and suppressed, so your teammates won't be able to help you. Urgot can't be interrupted by cc either, the only way to stop him is to kill him. Or, well, have over 10.000 ehp when he starts dealing damage. That should do the trick aswell.

It's designed as an unstoppable execution if it lands. I don't believe there will be a "counter" to it. I think the ability to cast skills or use items is gone as soon as it connects. I could be wrong though.

Learn to not stand in the way like an idiot or just dodge it.
Only way to stop it is if your teammates kill him before you reach him.
Are you talking about current Urgot or new Urgot?
