Buff, Rework, or Revert Rengar

There was nothing wrong with old rengar, but the salty community forced a rework on riot and it clunky and rushed, riot claims that Rengar would have still been an assassin but is a bruiser, now they just keep nerfing him or won't touch him, essentially making him the new Aatrox, Riot needs to do either major visual updates on his Q and Leap, buff him, simply bring back old rengar, or actually take the time to do a proper rework of their failed rework.
