Has way too much fucking dmg. And mobility and ult which locks everyone in. Yes you can flash out if you don't get insta gibbed. He builds ad abd goes around facerolling fuck this guy has too much dmg for the utility he has.

If u dodge the eq u dont die and he just inted
if he goes full AD he just goes in and trades 1 for 1 at best in the vast majority of cases. Yes he can get a kill but he will die himself... and this is assuming he actually lands his combo. If he doesn't then he just goes and gives a free kill to the enemy
