Akali should have been like genji

But instead she is this wierd champ? They have similar kits but akali has this wierd passive i have to step outside to get the bonus dmg. But by doing that i miss dmg from autos? And the wierd ult i have to wait 2.5 for the execute dash.
Fot the squishyness she has she has to "work" too much for a kill.

If i use ult to escape then i cant engage? It feels like she gets too punished to using ult to escape. Imo it should have been an basic ability and balanced just like genjis and maybe shroud an ult. Different game i know but other champs are fluid and "reliable".
