any champion with atleast 3 of those requirements
AOE damage ability. can splitpush. is pretty tanky. can affect a whole teamfight. can escape from ganks. roaming is pretty good.

Nasus, Darius, Ornn, Rumble, Gnar, Garen...loads of top laners fit these requirements. Rather than listing all the champions in the game which fit three of these (almost everybody has at least three of these), why not build items to make the champs you like more tanky/split-push/agile? For instance, I build Rod of Ages on almost every mid champ, because I hate cheap ass flash/ignite Zeds. Totally ruins their game with a single item.

i could try garen or rumble. but darius get banned almost every singel ranked game becuse low elo players dont know how to play against him. i maybe could go with nasus only thing is he, its alot of champions who can harass him away from farm. well ty anyway
If I were you, I'd narrow my list down to three or four things you must have. No champ in the game can do everything well, and I can provide much better advice if I know what your absolute priorities are.

my priorities are: farming. take down the objectives. help my team
first to pop into my head would be
good poke, and farming with his q, w is an execute on towers, that and his passive makes him force down towers pretty easily.

anyone else who can handle a bit more damage?
not that I would think of, but remember as an artillery mage he isn't generally close enough to take harass anyway, and his w is a free escape

Consider
. He can play either lane, has great push, his escape isn't great but taking objectives is where he shines. Get rift at 18 mins, go bot. Put it there, take dragon, take it mid/bot/baron (he can solo with 1 item and a dragon). If you really want to you can take demolish for more turret damage but yeah, he's super strong if you know how to play him
is also a good option.
actually now that I thought about it more, although not on the mechanically easier side of things,
is a great pick, she literally meets all the criteria you listed in the OP.
her passive helps her tank through fights and 1v1's while her main builds give her plenty of off-tankiness enabling her to take a decent beating, shes an AMAZING duelist, and unlike most people who opt into splitpushing, she can teamfight relatively well. her ultimate is great at locking someone down because they cant leave unless you do, so you synergize well with most other champions in the game, and makes for excellent roams. her E is a free ass oopsies undo button, so laning your relatively safe, and as a scaling diver your pretty much set to go.
For mid, the clear choice is Ziggs. His farming is phenomenal and can't be denied, he takes down turrets faster than just about anyone else, and his long-range ult and AoE cc is amazing for teamfights.
For top, I'd recommend Garen or Jayce. Garen has amazing farm ability, an empowered auto that works on turrets, and becomes really hard to push out of lane after level 13, as his regen just brings him back in seconds (Warmog's makes this utterly ridiculous). Jayce is the better choice if you want a safer ranged option to farm. He also has great wave clear, and becomes really dangerous even to lane bullies after an item or two. His empowered autos work on turrets, as well, and his cannon-form W makes taking down turrets pretty easy. His teamfighting is good, with his long range poke from an E-empowered cannon-form Q, and then his AoE W in hammer form.
Now I might suck at math...but that's more than 3 to me.
Maybe new Aatrox?
pretty much everything listed
AOE dmg, affect whole teamfight, escape from ganks, decent roaming
everything listed except splitpush

my friend also recommend me kennen, guess his pretty good huh? could maybe grind on normal and buy him just to test it
he is, but remember hes not so great in most 1v1's. he usually just pokes the crap out of you in most cases. to fully use his kit you want to be grouped with your team as often as you can

should i play him top or mid?
depends on your playstyle tbh, midlane gives you roam potential, but toplane pretty much garuntees a favorable matchup.
not tanky, but they meet the first two requirements
Heimerdinger is a questionable split push to me.
