Old Q vanished, Looking for Information

So I have been enjoying the changes to Rengar Q on PBE thought things were going good, when I got home from school I went to go check on my precious knife cat when i noticed that the Q has vanished and went back to the old swimming technique. I just want to know why i'm not here to complain or give my opinions just want to know why they would take it back or if this is just a bug that is getting fixed. As of right now the servers are down for maintenance and i'm hoping that this is just a mistake.
