Graves needs a buff

I feel like Graves should be given a buff. Graves can't carry games like he used to unless you get very fed. His early game is still good enough but he just falls off very hard mid to late game. I really wish that they would bring back the ult animation cancel. I'm aware that the animation cancel was probably not intentional but without it graves just doesn't seem to have the same burst and just seems like more of an ADC placed in jungle. The ult animation cancel also rewarded skilled players who performed it so it wasn't just this dumb luck thing it was a result of practice. If they don't bring back the ult E animation cancel could they at least bring in like a flash knock back cancel. That seems reasonable enough seeing how it could only be used every 5 minutes. He doesn't need a stat buff in my opinion that feels good enough I just really wish they would bring back the ult animation cancel in some way.
