When did veigar and lee sin get a visual update?

i feel like im living under a rock suddenly seeing the visuals change without me knowing about it in any way.

They didn't get a visual update. Ezreal is getting a Visual Update.

Lee Sin and Veigar got Particle Updates, which only updates how their abilities look. This was because there wasn't a lot of clarity for some of their spells that made them too easy to miss, or just made them generally boring.
