Titanic Hydra On Mordekaiser
I was messing around in the practice tool and used TH hoping it would be able to auto-reset his Q for faster proc. It didn't. Why does TH not auto-reset on Mordekaiser but it does on everyone else?

it's bugged and doesn't reset aa
but it doesn't matter in the end cuz morde doesn't build hydra
AA resets aren't intent to work with his Q's hence the built in delay. Feels like crap but its how riot chose to balance his Q
