I wouldn't say fiddlesticks is op as balls. Strong maybe, but not op. and yes this will wreck his jungle pretty hard.

He's only strong if he can punish you for playing out of position, why do you think you never see him in pro games? Because pro's don't make mistakes like that as much as solo queue players. Either CC him as he channels his ult (Surprise surprise, a squishy champ with no escape is vulnerable to CC) or position your self and get map vision so the fiddle can't get a good opening to crowstorm.
