We can already disable critters after a couple months of asking.
I run league at a stable 30fps, I know others who play with worse, on the lowest setting until the end where my computer has to shit a brick for the animations.
victory and defeat have no game play impact.... the game is already over.
When asking for these things you have to have a reason beyond you did X, so you can do Y. The reason critters was disabled cause effected players through seeing movement that was not part of game play. Also some PCs were effected by running extra animations. None of these reasons can be applied to victory and defeat.
