We can already disable critters after a couple months of asking.
I run league at a stable 30fps, I know others who play with worse, on the lowest setting until the end where my computer has to shit a brick for the animations.

When asking for these things you have to have a reason beyond you did X, so you can do Y. The reason critters was disabled cause effected players through seeing movement that was not part of game play. Also some PCs were effected by running extra animations. None of these reasons can be applied to victory and defeat.

I don't really care tbh. Just a suggestion. Not affecting game play impact is not a good reason to not have something be an option and I'm glad Riot doesn't operate that way.
