(insert new veigar here) I dunno why people think this was a nerf? I love it i actually like the delay because I can physically see where my cage will pop up instead of a little blue circle AND BOOM CAGE APPEARS

You know, I'm not even going to dispute this. With mana regen being nerfed so hard, I can hardly imagine any champion pushing Vlad Tepes out of lane.

Quite sure that if you make a bold statement, you should have some sort of evidence to back it up. It's like Christianity, you have to prove it, not tell others to prove your statement wrong. (Prepares for hate).
