My screen is locked and i can't turn it off and i cant move it

My Screen keeps getting stuck after since the new AP item update, 8.4. whenever i spawn in, my screen gets glitched and i can't move it or turn it off. I have to exit the game and reconnect and this takes up 2-4 minutes of my time which i could've have used to CS in my game. Please help me, i need to fix this because it ruins my game experience.
