My screen is locked and i can't turn it off and i cant move it

My Screen keeps getting stuck after since the new AP item update, 8.4. whenever i spawn in, my screen gets glitched and i can't move it or turn it off. I have to exit the game and reconnect and this takes up 2-4 minutes of my time which i could've have used to CS in my game. Please help me, i need to fix this because it ruins my game experience.

Same thing happened to me I'm actually done with league of legends, I put a bug complaint but obviously they're not fucked to do anything about it, happened to me once in the middle of a match then happened again after that I just realised what was happening, now a low priority queues, should've listened to people when they said don't bother with league.
