Let's Talk about What We Want rather than What is Wrong

I feel a little overwhelmed by the proportion of negative critiques of the new HUD/UI system in-game to positive/constructive critiques and I want to rectify that, and I wouldn't be surprised if Rioters felt the same (or even upset in other ways) with how their work/product is being treated by the people they made it for.

For all the people who have something to say about the new HUD/UI that is different than just an expression of a feeling of discomfort or hate, I'd like to use this space to share such comments. I do not intend to say that such feelings of dislike are not important or useless, but they are ineffective and the message behind them tend to not be completely understood by all parties involved. If you are trying to make a change in a system, it's useful to be personable and share your emotions but it's most effective if you share your emotions in an objective way, perhaps adding a supportive suggestion or idea that may make things better, rather than interpreting something personally and then responding in a violent manner.

I would like the option to be able to move the Team Portraits/Health bars and to be able to resize them, other than that I could live with the rest of the HUD as is and just get used to it.

Having the option to place the team frames in a spot that's easier for me to see, and be able to make them larger than they currently are would, would make the visual strain of the mini map not as bad, in my opinion at least.

bigger summoner spells would be nice.

The stats need to be more informative and larger than what they currently are. Also not that big a difference, but I liked it when the stats would turn green when they go higher than the base stats, just helped me see what runes the enemy was using rather quickly.
