Conqueror Kindred

OK, so I have heard of some proposed change to Conqueror that is coming up, converting some true damage conversion to healing, making it more usable by ranged characters. This actually got me thinking; will it be usable by jungle , more for boosting ability to duel and gank? I'd like to jungle as her soon, and I'd like for more build ideas.
