Every game there was someone who messed a game like Zed who just feeded on mid or kayle jungle who never ganked.In those ranked games I played support, but I'm now looking for an easy champion who can carry the game for his team. Pretty much any champion can carry. What matters is your skill with the champion, not who you play. Find someone you enjoy and master them.
top might be a good choice. She is pretty simple to pick up, just actually read what all her abilities do. You would be surprised how no one in low elo knows how to play against her.
Honestly the best option is to take mid 
take 
because if you get ahead and another lane gets behind you can E over to that lane and gank ALONGSIDE your jg or on the opposite side of the map
That's only if you want to win though. To carry the WHOLE TEAM I'd say 
midlane because of his huge damage output and relevance as well as R for ganks
