What about junglers?
where is the jungler path? Where is the reduced damage from monsters and increased damage to monsters?Where is the time increase on buffs? increased movement speed for junglers? Why is everything that junglers had gone?

Riot's said jungler changes would be more in base stats and itemization. I don't jungle, so I don't know if that's happened, but that's what they've said.
Runes now work more around playstyle than role, ie. Rengar probably wants bounty hunter stuff.
