Current state of Miss Fortune
Regardless of the adc crit reverts, it's still rare for me to come across a Miss Fortune. I feel like she should be played more, but I also feel like she gets outclassed by most adc's as well.

I've played MF a few times recently and she doesn't feel bad, tbh. She does what she's intended to do; be a bully in laning phase. You also might not see her much because she doesn't fit into every comp. If there isn't hard CC or anything, I often find that MF isn't a very good pick up; there's nothing to set up her ult for her.
Vanye is just so much stronger right now, there's almost no reason to pick another adc in ranked if vanye is unbanned.
MF main gimmick was not crits like other adc but rather atk spd and mobility. she just happened to get full crit from building up atk spd items and picking up IE along the way. but now that that has changed crit MF isn't a simple side stop along the way for atk spd MF. yes you can build up crit items but it takes away some of her damage choices making crits not all the good.
MF is okay, but Vayne is an all-around better ADC with the possible exception of her pentakill-bait ult.
