Whats the complete Riven combo? (With Tiamat)

Im starting to play Riven more often and I can't seem to master her combo. Also with 45% cooldown, it's easier to get some fancy moves off but i'm not sure how to maneuver her correctly. Looking at all of these riven mains, it's crazy how fast they react and how clean they use her kit. Any tips from riven players?

Full combo: 1.Alt + F4 2.Start->Shut down 3.Go into bed and meditate on why the fuck do you play riven.

Don't quote me on this, and of course you have to be on point with animation cancelling, but....

Pop ult then Q, auto, W, auto, tiamat, auto, Q, E, auto, Q, auto.

Of course popping your R again when you can finish them off somewhere in there
