why did the meta become adc and supp bot?
why did the meta become adc and supp going bot instead of them going top. Is there any reason to this or did it just happen from nowhere? Is there any kinds of advantage of them going bot instead of top?

I think it's mostly because of the Fortification passive that which grants 50% damage reduction to towers until 5 minutes. The bottom towers don't have this passive so they are easier to destroy.
If I remember correctly it was introduced in S6 because of the lane swap meta in LCS which made the first 5 minutes of every game uninteractive as one team would send their ADC+supp+jungler on one side of the map and take down the tower as fast as possible while the other team was doing the same on the other side. It was a way to reach mid game faster and avoid bad matchups in the bot lane.
