So the World championship song got released today and in the splash art you can see 2 champions, Ashe 
and Lee SIn 
. So as we all know this years championship skin will be Ashe so she will probably not get the victorious skin. So then it´s up to Lee sin why is he there? I think it's probably a teaser for Lee Sin getting the Victorious skin.

Douglas Funnie1 votesLee Sin actually does have a high chance at getting the Victorious Skin. He had a 89% presence during the MSI event with a 52% win rate. He was picked 23 times and banned 9.
However,
I believe Lulu will be receiving the 2017 Victorious Skin. Here's why:
Lulu dominated throughout the entire Spring Split. She was the only champion to have a 100% presence during MSI. She was picked/banned in every single game of the tournament.
Lets not forget, During 2016's MSI event, Maokai was at the top of the list when it came to pick/bans. He had a 97.6% presence with a 50% win rate. He dominated during the Spring Split and was heavily contested during 2016 MSI event. So, with a 100% presence for Lulu and with a 53% win rate, Makes me 99.99% certain that she'll be victorious this year.
