lol, 1, ez jungle is actually still very viable, just because you get an Ezreal that doesn't know how jg with him, doesnt make it reportable. 2, if you're gonna get upset because someone is trying to play something they think they can, then don't play ranked, because face it bud, its gonna happen. And who knows, everyone has bad games, so maybe it was just that, a bad game. And lastly, 3, i genuinely think reporting someone for playing a champion they like in a different role and/or lane, is just you being a sore puppy. Because honestly, its fun, to play those chaos, hell, i play AP lane push nasus mid, and even though i probably have a slightly higher loss rate with it than win rate in ranked, i still have fun. And isn't that the point of the game? I understand its a competitive game and its just becoming more competitive. But you can't mad at people for playing "bad" champs, cuz there is no bad champion, every champion is good in their own way, its just the player that plays them. And don't twist my words, cuz just because they lose lane or whatever doenst make them bad, could be they just had a bad game.

Just dodge in the first place is my suggestion, I just had a match where a lux and fiddle, (with teemo top... leaving me and jg to be shyv and galio), were going bot in my ranked game so I had to dodge for the better of the team. If you see a troll pick in your game just dodge its worth the penalty.
