Lucian is in fact underpowered

Full build, including a lord i couldnt deal any damage to a draven. He wasnt even focusing me. I have played against every champ in the game as lucian including a supports and i can 1v1 any of them.

edit - I put 3/4 of my ults bullets into the draven and he didnt drop hardly any heath.

I think i am going to try so stupid runes now

You are, clearly Shit at Lucian, if you cant duel a fucking support. Lucian actually got much MUCH stronger with the new runes, just take PtA and Sudden Impact abd you win every lane

Good, about time not gonna lie quite tired of seeing him. Whether it's midlane, top, and bot. Lucian item 3153 <--- The combanation of these two always gave me a brain migraine.
