False. Jungles performance depends entirely on his mid laner.

If your mid lane is assisting your jungler in scuttle skirmishes. Your jungler is going to win. If the enemies mid lane is assisting his jungler, and yours isn't, the enemy jungler is going to win.

Not really. I've seen plenty of junglers get out farmed, but gank their asses off, snowball their team, and in the end that vastly makes up for the farm lead. Just looked at like my last 15 games, and better jg won like all but 2 of em. And the two losses were just the jgler not ending fast enough and getting outscaled.

If a game is ending somewhere around 20 minutes, you can bet "better JG" has something to do with it.

Mid is just as effective as right now. Jg exp should be buffed. Although junglers need to be punished for non stop ganking instead.

Wouldn’t a weaker jungle only make the “better jungler wins” problem more problematic since only the better junglers could make use of the nerfed state?

It already feels like that if you aren’t playing a champion built for the jungle then you’re falling behind too easily imo.
