Lucian Questions
I recently got Lucian.
His passive makes it when you use abilities you hit twice. Does that mean you proc 2x items like Botrk and the spellblade passive?
Also, is going ie then static shive the best option?

Direwolfiez1 votesSpellblade has a 1.5 second CD and is consumed by the first AA, but Lightslinger applies all on-hit and on-attack effects twice (when able), as both projectiles are considered to be AAs, so BotRK will apply twice. Remember, though, that Lightslinger will only deal 50% of Lucian's AD (deals 100% AD to minions and monsters) to champs, so it'll be less effective than a normal AA.
BT isn't a bad item to rush on Lucian; it makes his burst crazy strong. I generally get AS items third on ADCs, or sit on a Zeal if I need some AS slightly earlier. Most ADCs generally seem to rush either IE or BotRK/BT, not including ADCs reliant on Triforce.
Marthian1 votesYes it would apply on hits twice. However, for on-hits that are only one hit such as statikk or Spellblade, it will only apply once. They are still good options.
