Anyone else feel like varus's passive and w should be flipped?

I feel like it would make varus a way more reliable auto based adc like riot wants him to be, that and his w kinda feels like its just there. Unlike his passive which is more noticeable. Overall changing his kit this way would make him would only require switching the abilities in the code and would make his kit feel nicer with a reliable AS steriod.
