Does mord really have a passive if you think about it?

Lets take trynd for example he gets extra crit + can heal using his rage but all mord gets shield, should like his passive be like one of his spells passive and then he should have another passive as his main passive?

That is a passive on her ultimate... Her actual passive is a small amount of resistances. And a medium amount when she uses her ultimate.

Yes. Mordekaiser has a passive. He gets a shield when he damages an enemy with an ability.

Does, for example, Lux have a passive? I mean, Lux's abilities could all state that they debuff a target and deal extra damage on auto attacks.
